There are occassions when you just need an attorney to review a contract, lease, promissory note, or other legal document. Perhaps the form just needs to be updated or maybe you simply want to make sure your interests are protected before you finalize the transaction.
Some documents you will want to have reviewed by an attorney every few years. Legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, guardianships may need to be updated when things in your life have changed or the applicable laws have changed. If you have drafted your own legal documents using information from the internet or a "kit" you purchased you should have a licensed attorney review them to make sure that they are correct and comply with the current Oklahoma Statutes.
Document review is done on an hourly basis. Many documents, such as a simple will or power of attorney, may only require an hour of your lawyers time. When you are dealing with such important documents that is a small price to pay to make sure the forms will accomplish what you desire.
